EDUCATION:

I was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington. I chose to follow my dreams to get my degree in fashion from Central Washington University. throughout my four years of attending university, I was on the Deans List for good grades. In the spring of 2019, I will be graduating with a Bachelors of Science degree in Apparel, Textiles, and Merchandising. I minored in Administrative and Retail Management.​​

 

PERSONAL STRENGTHS:

I believe that being organized throughout college has to lead me to the success of graduating with honors. During my senior year of college, I was the secretary of the Student Fashion Association. I had to make time for club meetings and events throughout the school year while working part-time and being a full-time student. Another fundamental skill I have improved while in school is working on team projects. I have learned the importance of leading a group and how every member of the group needs different amounts of attention. Finally, my work ethic has become something that I pride myself on. When working in a group or completing a project, I want to give every assignment a lot of effort because I care about what I am learning.

VALUES :

I value positivity a lot. I believe it is important to always try to be happy and nice to everyone around you. I also value authenticity. In the workplace, it is important to be your true self so that you are able to build relationships with coworkers and customers. Finally, I value determination. I always want to give every task my all. 

 

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:

During my four years at University, I have taken several Excel spreadsheet courses. I am also proficient using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Using these programs I am able to create mood boards, technical flats, and posters. Other programs that I am capable of using is Microsoft Word and Powerpoint.
